JW in Texas said: “My wife and I got so fed up with Saxon we vacated our home. Would not respond and when they did call us. The fees they tacked on to the loan for late fees etc was over $80K. The realtor is selling it for Mellon Bank (Bank of New York Mellon), and Mellon bought it at foreclosure for $49K. We would have gladly did a Refi for $70K and now the home is being sold for $20K less ? Why is that ? Makes no sense. This just really ticks me off.”

A California resident sent this by text message: “I have some of the same complaints other people have said about saxon mortgage. saxon has several times lost my faxes. They have caused me to fall behind on my payments due to errors on their part. many times have tried to take out 2 payments from my checking account with out being authorized. Something needs to be done about that. Who can help me?”

When people read the news they get the spin, depending on the source. For instance, one source would lead people to believe that Saxon Mortgage is the best in foreclosure prevention, mortgage modifications, and corporate citizen of the year. Others tell a different story:

PM in Texas said: “After doing a repayment plan with Saxon and sending them over $12,000.00 in June, following every step of their forebearance agreement, Saxon Mortgage Services foreclosed anyway.

According to the Texas Secretary of State Kevin Rodman is the Director, President, and CEO of Saxon Mortgage Services Inc. His email is kevin.rodman@morganstanley.com
