MC in Washington said: “Saxon Mortgage is going to take my house. It started with me getting laid off. Trying to make arrangements but then they said they wouldn’t take a payment unless we could pay the whole anount owing but no worries we will modify your account. Just fill out the paperwork and send it in.
MP in Illinois said: “Saxon has destroyed my life. I had a truck fall on me and was out of work for months. I fell behind on some payments and was told by them that my adjustable mortgage was going to increase to almost 11%. They told me I should try loan modification. I tried, 13 times.
Stephanie, no location given, said: “I have also had trouble with Saxon. My husband is a car salesman and sales were starting to fall plus our interest rate was getting ready to go from fixed to flexible. I called Saxon Mortgage and said I was getting behind..is there anything I could do to fix our rate and maybe somehow lower our payment.
TB in Pennsylvania said: “I’ve been attempting to get a modification since Sept. 2008, with very little luck. I’ve been through the run around, lost papers, inaccurate information, yes um… no… um yes again. I’ve been in the HAMP program since I signed my papers back in July. Here we are in October. A full 4 months later with still no responses, denials or confirmations from Saxon.
