CG in Tennessee said: “Well my wife and I just lost our home. Back in July I went thru a housing lawfirm in CA. I sent them $2500 to do a loan modification with Saxon Mortgage. They sent me all the paper work and I sent all them back just as told to. They got on the phone with a 3-way call and Saxon Mortgage said your payments will be $890 a month. At that time I told them there was no way I could handle that.
TM, nolocation given, said: “My Husband and I purchased our home in 06′ he had a stroke in ’08 and we fell behind in payments. I requested a modification in June of last year. We submitted all the necessary documents, then waited and waited.
TA in Maryland sent this extensive and well-written report: We purchased our home on December 4, 2004. We purchased our home from Daniel and Deanna Johnson who purchased it in September 2004. It was a “For Sale By Owner” which went through a service we found on line. We first rented it from them for 1 month and then after talking to a loan officer who said that through “creative financing” we could afford the home.
Dee, no location given, said: “We have experienced all the same issues everyone on this site has. We’ve been in modification “discussions” for over a year. Funny, but I always thought people actually had to TALK to you to have a discussion.
Adding to the total number of complaints about Saxon Mortgage Services JH in Texas said this: “Is there anyone on here able to help or is it just to blow off steam? I could certainly use some help with Saxon Mortgage Services as I’m sure a lot of others could too.
