KK in Virginia said this in a recent complaint to Saxon – Ocwen Watch: “Saxon Mortgage is the worst mortgage company I have ever seen. It all started when I was recalled back to active duty in 2006. When I was placed back to the Reserve status, someone at Saxon Mortgage had stopped my automatic draft and I was lucky at that time to look at my bank statement as to why my mortgage wasn’t taken out.

CR in Georgia said: “I have been working with my lender for well over a year trying to get my mortgage modified. Due to a serious illness, I have been unable to pay my mortgage. I sent in all required and asked for information in hopes of getting my loan modified. I kept getting turned down. This year I went to a NACA sponsored event in California and met with my lender. They informed me that the investor (Morgan Stanley) had me in a type of mortgage that allows no changes (modifications) to my loan.

SM, no location given, said: “Saxon Mortgage is the worst kind of slimy. After months of trying to work on a loan modification, resending financial documentation, waiting, resending, they announced a week before the foreclosure date they needed more time for their “investor” to decide on a modification. I had two bad years, and my income suffered greatly. However, my income rose to over $80,000 in 2009.

SA in Texas said: “I’ve been trying to get thru the loan modification process for over 1 yr. Last year in March I was told I qualified for an internal program. The terms sounded too good to be true…they were…I never received the loan documents.
