MP in Illinois said: “Saxon has destroyed my life. I had a truck fall on me and was out of work for months. I fell behind on some payments and was told by them that my adjustable mortgage was going to increase to almost 11%. They told me I should try loan modification. I tried, 13 times.
CR in Illinois said: “I was in chapter 13 bankruptcy after I lost my job. Prior to losing my job I had applied twice for the modification and was flat out told that I did not qualify. Even though I have been upside down on my loan by over 20K.
KJ in Illinois said: “I have read everyones complaint on this website and everything my family is going through is on here but foreclosure. We send our mortgage payments – then weeks later saxon Mortgage claims they don’t get them.
TB in Illinois said: “I have read so many bad things about Saxon. I am in foreclosure as well with them. I am in a chapter 13 and my trustee made my payments and they say they didn’t get any payments since 2/08 until now. I think I am going to have to hire a real estate attorney and if you want to save your home, you should probably do the same thing if you can. We have to fight for our homes!”
