TB in Pennsylvania said: “Wow.. if I only knew. I’ll certainly try to summarize. We went through HOME123 in 2005 to buy our home. Were approved for a 30-year fixed rate up until a week before closing.

Lynn in California said: “We have made our payments to Saxon. They have cashed all checks. They have failed to recognize payments made, or post them to our account, even after sending copies of cashed checks, bank statments, etc. They have put us in Foreclosure. Saxon has stolen our money. If Saxon has robbed you, please file a complaint with the FTC.”

Just as everything was in order and they said it was ready to go, they denied it for a missing document. I am now in foreclosure and hoping Legal Aid will be able to help me keep my home. Sign me up also for a class action suit!”

My payment to Saxon Mortgage was mailed three days ago. I still receive at least four phone calls every day from Saxon. I have seven other mortgage payments, all of which were mailed at the same time. None have ever been late, nor will they ever be late.
