MW said: “We are going thru same thing with Saxon as DW in Michigan. Have kept all documents as has our NEMAH rep, (Gov. Granholms’ Save the Dream” program. At least 13 times we have sent the docs required for the modification. They foreclosed on us, then postponed until June 11, 2008.

We asked for a loan modification back in Dec.,2008, My husband is a self-employed builder in MI., in 20 years he has never not had work, since Nov. 2008 his jobs have been few and far between, i work for a local hospital some 20years, foreseeing the way the economy was going I borrowed from my already sad 401K to get us through the winter, and submitted all required docs to Saxon for loan Modification.
A few weeks ago Saxon Mortgage issued a press release bragging about the fact that they were “Hiring up to thirty people.” Clearly about 3000 people is what it takes to help Saxon. This news video clearly shows how Saxon does not know what they are doing:
A Dallas homeowner said: “I am also a victim of Saxon. Last year went through workout with them, 12k down. They lost my loan docs. 67 phone calls later and still nothing except the approval from Lindsey Silkirk saying the mod docs would be Fedex to me. Nothing. I paid on my 2nd mortgage as agreed, 7 months later I get a foreclosure notice. I literally begged them on the phone to get me my approved agreement they promised and NOBODY could find my loan.
