Karol in Florida said: “My issue is with late fees. I have been paying my mortgage after the 15th of the month now for about 1 1/2 years (yes, I realize that is technically late, however, I got in a financial bind and have never made it out, but still was trying to keep my credit decent by never being over 30 days late on my payment).
