KR in California said: “We completed a loan modification with Saxon in Nov 2008. It was to take effect in Dec and our first payment would be due Dec1. We didnt receive a copy of our signed/notarized documents and no contact form them regarding our payments. We contacted customer service and they told to our first payment is past due.
Lynn in California said: “We have made our payments to Saxon. They have cashed all checks. They have failed to recognize payments made, or post them to our account, even after sending copies of cashed checks, bank statments, etc. They have put us in Foreclosure. Saxon has stolen our money. If Saxon has robbed you, please file a complaint with the FTC.”
KM in California said: “I started a Loan Modification effort in September 2008. Saxon told me they will not look at the request unless I was behind on payments and not to send payments. After frustration with the inability to get Saxon to respond after I stopped paying.
