Deutsche Bank is the investor for many of Saxon Mortgage’s loans. It has been said that Deutsche Bank does not allow modifications. With that in mind, here is an article about Deutsche Bank and subprime profits:
Sam in South Carolina said: “Wow! I just got off the telephone with Saxon and they’re claiming I did not make my payment in May and June. After speaking to numerous people and supervisors, they now are saying that I did in fact make my payments for May and June, but they did not get a payment for August. I searched my bank account information and called my bank only to see that I did in fact sent my August payment.
RR in California said: “To keep this short and sweet as possible. I have been in the modification process for 1 year now woth Saxon mortage. They sent me a modification agreement 6 months ago and I agreed to it. I signed it and gave them their requested “good faith” payment in the amount of $5000.00. I received my first statement with the incorrect amount to be paid on it. $1000.00 more then the negotiated amount.
If a new report from Deutsch Bank is correct there could be trauma and financial problems ahead for Saxon Mortgage Servicers. The report claims almost half of all home mortgages will be underwater by 2011. See more at Mortgage Blues.
As we prepared to mail our house payment to Saxon Mortgage we realized Saxon changed the payment mailing address. We received no written notification. If you have Saxon programmed in to automatic bill pay system you may have a problem.
