According to television station WSMV in Nashville Tennessee as reported by Sara Dorsey, Saxon Mortgage once again showed how unprofessional, disorganized, and confused the company is. According to Dorsey, mortgage statements showed payments as current.
A visitor commented: “I have three contracts from three different buyers and Saxon has been giving me the same run around. Saxom is trying to force a foreclosure when they would almost have recouped all their money in a short sale. They do not enter the proper information when I call into their computer so the next time you call there are no good honest records of what is going on.
TB said: “Yes, Saxon is currently being sued through an attorney’s office out of Pennsylvania. They are moving pretty quick about it too. All researched and proved to be legit. Also recommend keeping copies of the timeline and any correspondences with the company. (dates, times, names, etc) I’ve been keeping records since November. Just after receiving our Act 91, THEN our loan mod proposal two days later. Forward it all to your states attorney general.”
MA in Indiana/Florida said: “I currently reside in Indiana, but I have a house in Florida that is in foreclosure. Saxon holds the mortgage. I fell behind on the payments because of a hardship. In October, my realtor and I submitted a short-sale offer. Initially, Saxon did not tell us that the paperwork had to be submitted all at the same time.
