CB in Texas said: “I have been trying to pay my November bill all day and they will not take the payment because they have indicated I have an delinquent Escrow balance. RA in Missouri said: “I have been attempting to deal with Saxon for over 2 years. I lost a job in late Nov. 2007. I called them before I was ever late, and they said they would work with me, not to worry about the Dec 2007 payment. HG in Ohio said: “I along with everyone on here have been fighting with Saxon. I was told that they “lost the fax” lol. Don’t think so – I certified mailed it to them as well. What helped me was that I was in direct contact with the attorney for them that is trying to foreclose on my home. They seem to get the ball rolling.
