She did not disclose her location but this is what someone named Eve had to say: “I hate Saxon Mortgage.. my payment is due by the 1st with a grace period of 15 days.. I alway pay my mortgage by the 15 day grace period… Saxon starts calling me on the second and then every other day unil I make my payment, every time I explain that I just spoke with someone and although my house payment may be considered late I am still within the grace period. Its annoying!
How can I get Saxon Mortgage to stop?
Also there a ton of misc fees and charges no one can explain to me on my account balance… I hate them! I have to write a letter to get an explanation about what I am paying.”

I have the exact same problem with the grace period phone calls. I do not understand why they spend time and money calling people who always pay their mortgage.
Last year my wife and I signed up for the Hamp program. We did everything we were suppose to do. Our attorney is a very close friend of ours that work this out with Saxon Mortgage. Now they say we are defaulted our loan, back in December. In early Janurary we signed the contract for the Hamp and went about paying for our house. A couple of weeks ago we had recieved a letter saying that Saxon Mortgage is taking us back to court to foreclose on us. I am dumb founded at this. If you can e-mail me with any sugestions that would be awesome.
Thank you,
James Viles
