We have had it. For those that are unaware, Saxon Mortgage gets FULL PAYMENT from the govt in addition to your reduced payment – but reports on your credit report that no payments are made. Now our credit is completely shot.
There is no incentive to make a mod permenant just the opposite – as long as they “keep us on a string” they get more than they originally would.
We are seriously considering just giving up rather than wait for the other shoe to drop from Saxon Mortgage company. We are also demanding a copy of our note and are considering a lawsuit.”
