BEFORE the title was transferred and without an eviction process, their REO division emptied my house and took my belongings to the dump. After 10 months of phone futility (Saxon has a “call center” of random people who supposedly enter your information into a computer file…)and 2 claims to the Better Business bureau, I am still not any further along and will be forced to take legal action.
Saxon continues to send me generic letters about the state of my “loan” on a property that was foreclosed on last June. They are a bureaucratic nightmare of incompetence in my opinion.”
