Saxon is mortgage servicer and Deutsche Bank is trustee

DS in Connecticut said: “I have been trying to get a loan modification for almost 2 years now. Saxon has never replied. At mediation Saxon is making all the calls but Deutsche Bank is the trustee. All I can tell you is this… I’m currently in the same type of situation with Saxon. I forwarded all my complaints to the Attorney generals office. I now have them involved for TWO states. The one I’m in and Tx. Contact the Texas Attorney Generals office and file a complaint. The more people who file with the state they’re in, the more likely they will be to listen.
