Lisa in New Jersey said: “I too have had problems with Saxon. I started the mortgage modification in Oct 08. I was told to be in default to qualify. Being 10 months out of bankruptcy, I was hesitant, but needed the help. I finally got paperwork after a lawyer contacted them 1st payment due 4/1/09. Too long to write in this box the horror I went thru w/ no return calls, promises of paperwork, and ruined (more) credit. Class action suit, I’m in!”

Just as everything was in order and they said it was ready to go, they denied it for a missing document. I am now in foreclosure and hoping Legal Aid will be able to help me keep my home. Sign me up also for a class action suit!”

ET in New York said: “I have been trying to get a loan modification for 3 months now and have had so many problems with Saxon Mortgage it will not even fit in this small box. I have contacted Fox 5 and WPIX 11, the attorney general and your website as well as the CEO of Saxon Mortgage. I have been told 50 different stories by Saxon and still have not gotten my case handled and cannot even get anyone to call me back.”
