PS in California said: “Let me tell you our story of dealing with Saxon Mortgage. We tried several times over a six month period to get a modification. We were told we were not allowed any modifications under the terms of our mortgage. Then in June of 2009 we received a phone call from Saxon saying we now were eligible for a modification and transferred our phone call to a lady from a company named Zenta, that was taking the information and would be helping us throughout the three month trial period.

AR in Pennsylvania said: “We have been with Saxon Mortgage since 2005 and thats when Novastar sold us, around five months later, We have been trying to do loan modification for about year and half, and we are getting the same run around, them stating not receiving are information on time are we have never filed for modification and they don’t have information about us calling, so I started to write down who I spoke to and what time and there extension.

Everytime we call they tell us something different. I don’t understand how Saxon can get away with all this. I am now more frustrated than ever and my hopes have diminished. I need help!”
CG in Tennessee said: “Well my wife and I just lost our home. Back in July I went thru a housing lawfirm in CA. I sent them $2500 to do a loan modification with Saxon Mortgage. They sent me all the paper work and I sent all them back just as told to. They got on the phone with a 3-way call and Saxon Mortgage said your payments will be $890 a month. At that time I told them there was no way I could handle that.
