We couldn’t believe we’d made it through the trail period between Sept.-Nov., 2009. We had a little problem with health issues in Dec., 2009, but got through it. Elain in Massachusetts said: “I have, unfortunately, had Saxon Mortgage since November of 2007 when it was sold by Novastar Mortgage. Since day 1 there has been nothing but problems. First I wasn’t even notified that Novastar no longer carried my mortgage, when I called to find out why they hadn’t taken the payment on the 1st of the month I was informed they no longer carried my mortgage and I needed to call Saxon.

MA in Arizona said: “Saxon will never finalize a modification or keep their word. Since 2008 I met their Step Loan Mod (internal mod) offered the arrears were never re-calculated in our loan. Qaulified for the HAMP program another one met all requirments and YEP were now 12 months behind. This may never be resolved and yes the next step is to foreclose. All I can do is keeping fighting the fight only time will tell. Based on all the complaints maybe it’s time Obama gets involved.”
