AR in Pennsylvania said: “We have been with Saxon Mortgage since 2005 and thats when Novastar sold us, around five months later, We have been trying to do loan modification for about year and half, and we are getting the same run around, them stating not receiving are information on time are we have never filed for modification and they don’t have information about us calling, so I started to write down who I spoke to and what time and there extension.
Anything I could write down I did, when I did talk to someone, so when I would call them to see if they got my faxes I sent are information I mailed, they would state you never ask for modification, I would tell them who I spoke to and they would say we do not have anyone by that name that works here.
So we called Saxon Mortgage again on December 09, and they stated what information needed again, I faxed and also mailed the information, they called on December 9, and said why did you not send information to us and was really mean.
I really hope someone can please tell me what we can do? Because we are still getting a run around also.”

That happened to us more than I’d like to say. We’d send all information, they’d only claim to get a few. Then what they did have was missing and they needed other stuff. I asked way to many times “why is it that you had it last time I spoke with someone and now you don’t.” My recommendation is to call them again and request that they provide you with a list of docs they need in writing. It’s worth a try, then send those docs with delivery confirmation. Number every item on the list and every item that corresponds to the number. Be sure to stop by the AG website, the BBB website and the FTC.gov. List your complaint with them.
