File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Texas where Saxon is located, I just filed and I could not believe the reports already filed on them. I hoping more will file and maybe we can get this stopped. They have done enough damage. You can file online please do it lets stop these thieves.

Please file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Texas where the company is located, I just did there are already a lot of complaints on there against them, their score is a F. If enough people file maybe we can get something done about them. You can file online please do it and get anyone else you know who has been done wrong to file a complaint.

Report to the Better business bureau in texas you would be suprised how many complaints has been filed, I just filed one myself they are taking houses left and right. We all need to complain to the BBB and maybe we can get them shut down and fix this mess.

I’ll be glad to see them go. My mortgage was sold to them a few years back and they’ve been terrible to deal with, even though I’ve never had a late or missed payment. My latest bill from them included a “Prop. Preserv. Disb.” fee which I’m told was for “an inspection to protect [their] interests.” Even though they claim it’s something they did for their own interests they seem to think it’s fair to make me pay for it. And that’s without authorization on my part…they didn’t even warn me that they’d start tacking arbitrary fees on my bill just because they can!

Last year my wife and I signed up for the Hamp program. We did everything we were suppose to do. Our attorney is a very close friend of ours that work this out with Saxon Mortgage. Now they say we are defaulted our loan, back in December. In early Janurary we signed the contract for the Hamp and went about paying for our house. A couple of weeks ago we had recieved a letter saying that Saxon Mortgage is taking us back to court to foreclose on us. I am dumb founded at this. If you can e-mail me with any sugestions that would be awesome.

I have the exact same problem with the grace period phone calls. I do not understand why they spend time and money calling people who always pay their mortgage.

Thank you for posting this on your site. Since 2006, I’ve been connecting the dots of my Saxon mortgage nightmare. You’ve added an additional piece to my puzzle. Home 123, New Century, Morgan Stanley, Saxon mortgage and HSBC are all connected. I just couldn’t put the pieces together. Home 123 was a division of New Century. New Century got most of the funds from Morgan Stanley. Most of MS’s sub prime mortgages were shipped off to Saxon Mortgage to provide servicing. HSBC and Deutsche Bank had been tossing my loan back and forth.
