On February 20, 2009, we published our first consumer complaint about Saxon Mortgage. It is now December 15th, 2009, and we have published 137 complaints. We will receive more complaints about Saxon Mortgage before the year is over.
There is something wrong with Saxon Mortgage modification numbers. One customer reported that she inquired about a modification but did not elect to participate. Paperwork from Saxon Mortgage showed her in a modification program anyway.
Did you wonder how Saxon Mortgage was rated the best for mortgage modifications? Did you fail to get a mortgage modification while reading news reports about Saxon? We question the numbers, as news reports claim Saxon Mortgage Services modified 36 percent of their loans. The information could be flawed, based only on interviews with senior executives:

If you have a mortgage where Saxon is the servicer. Refinance. Find any company that will take you but Saxon Mortgage. Take it from me. I worked in a call center for them. I was an inbound collections rep.
