A few months ago Morgan Stanley said Saxon Mortgage would hire “up to thirty people” to help with Saxon’s backlog. Somehow Saxon claims to lead the field with 25 percent of mortgages modified. Something is wrong with those numbers.
My house payment was made days ago. I am not late, was never late, and do not want a modification. I mind my own business, and wish Saxon Mortgage Servicing would do the same. I just received another phone call from Saxon. What an annoying and disgusting bunch they are.
LB in California said: “I was approved for a loan mod today fixed rate 3.375% for 5 years. Bringing old payment of $2600 to $1400. I just want to let people know there is help out there and Saxon isn’t as bad as all the reports!”
