DS in South Carolina said: “For the past six months I have been trying to get Saxon to find a missing mortgage payment they say I have. I was in bankruptcy from 2004 until 2008 of which they were not a part. I mailed them their payment directly
during that time.
MW in Michigan said: “I have previously submitted a complaint about Saxon Mortgage on this site. See “Saxon Mortgage is an incompetent company”. We have been working with a MI gov. company called NEMAH on getting a loan modification.
KW said: “I pray that what I am hearing here is not a prediction of things to come. After losing my job of 24 years to an injury, I am appyling for SSDI and knew my home was in jeopardy. I fell behind in my mortgage because I was told that my lender would do nothing until that scenario began to play out.
TM in Alabama said: “Saxon Mortgage began giving me the run-around the moment that I requested assistance. I would send in the same forms over and over. I would get a different person each time I called and they would tell me to give them the same info over and over and they would tell me it had not been registered. I was sent back and forth, each one telling me the same info was needed. I was sent mail regarding my situation that stated I had 10 days to reply and the letter was received over 2 weeks after it was dated! I will lodge complaints wherever I can.”
