TW in North Carolina said: “I moved to Mississippi in May of 2006 and before I could make my first mortgage payment my mortgage was sold to Saxon Mortgage and the first mortgage company went out of business for Mortgage Fraud. Being a new homeowner I wasn’t sure if there was anything that I could do because my first loan was predatory.

SB in Michigan said: “I have been dealing with Saxon since April over a glitch (their line) with the computor that has caused me to be default by 4 months. Of course Saxon is adding late fees.!! To the point it is about them using my escrow to to pay my homeowners insurance, which i am responsible for.

I have a lawyer who is willing and able to file a class action suit for people heading for foreclosure with Saxon or already foreclosed on. We have to fight this low life company that is trying to steal our homes.”

Saxon mortgage states that they cannot count Unemployment Benefits as income unless the benefits will continue for a full 9 months. (36 weeks) However, as most individuals know, Unemployment benefits are usually extended for a dutation of 26 weeks. (6.5 months) Unless, you also qualify for the Emergency Unemployment compensation but you won’t know that until your 26 weeks have expired.

DC in Pennsylvania said: “We have been trying to get a short sale done with Saxon for over a year now. So far we have faxed the paperwork to them at least 9 times. We were asked once several months ago who the realtor was and we told them we were not using a realtor.
