In June of 09, I qualified for Saxon’s HAMP program. My monthly payment before this was $1400. My payment after qualifying was $941. I paid every payment on time during their trial period which lasted 11 months! How is that right? I had people showing up at my house every 2 months claiming they were sent by Saxon. They took pictures of my house. I came home from work one day to find one taking pictures through my Patio door into my house.
LS in Georgia said: “Saxon Mortgage refuses to cooperate with me. I have attempted to obtain a modification for almost 2 years. I was put on 2 repayment plans. I also made 3 trial payments for HAMP program. Now I am being forced to short sell my home or do a Deed in Lieu. Something or someone has to do something about Saxon Mortgage.”

Janet in Virginia said: “I am joining the forces against Saxon Mortgage. We have been in a living nightmare dealing with this company. In August of 2008 we were notified by our Tax Accountant that we were not the legal note holder on our home. What a shock to us.
Michael in New York said: “Everything I have read , all happend to me when Saxon Mortgage bought my loan from novastar. I got behind on back taxes about 5,200 saxon paid them for me . my payment went from 805.00 monthly to 1300.00 and I was paying that till I lost my job.
